Tribal elders have said that to soar with the spirits you must feel the land tremble beneath you like the buffalo and the wind race past you like the eagle. Now, “Spirit Rider” unites the symbolism of Native American culture with a hand-crafted sculpture that represents the most exciting way that man can fly—on the back of a chopper.
This work of art features die-cast engine assembly, saddle-stitch style seat with studs, sculpted feathers, drilled-out front disk brakes and chrome-plated die-cast metal parts. Artist Russ Docken’s portrait of a chieftain’s offering to the spirits is showcased on the chopper’s tank.
Measures appr. 9 inches (22.5 cm.) long.
